We are looking for two business developers for the area of income-related sickness benefits and employer benefits at the department for common insurance issues. The team currently consists of 7 business developers working in three locations in Sweden.

Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration

As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You will also be responsible for identifying development needs and translating them into concrete activities.

Your role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments that are significant for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, as well as analyzing potential consequences for the organization based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. The position entails handling confidential information, which requires a high level of integrity. Therefore, it is essential that you have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has several years of experience in the relevant field or business development
  • has excellent knowledge of change and development processes
  • has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you

  • have extensive experience in the relevant field within the agency
  • have experience with agile working methods
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have worked with IT teams on digitalization and automation
  • have experience in process development and FK-VERA.

Other Information

2 positions, one permanent and one temporary position for at least 6 months, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work may be possible if the work allows it. Psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Locations: Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
